The best meal of my life, hands down, no argument, no nothing. The stir-fry with no pickled carrots with the pork belly with the yum yum sauce (all of which is attached below) is phenomenal. Your taste buds will come alive and be rejuvenated by this establishment. Please try it: your life will be changed. The hospitality was spectacular; table check-ins, great employees, quick service. The staff was so friendly and handled a huge order beautifully well. Dear Mirin Fusion Kitchen, please bottle your yum yum sauce into gallon-size jugs so that I may be happy in life by drinking that stuff straight. It’s that good. There is, without a doubt in my mind, that I will be returning the next time that I am in town. Thank you. Mirin for blessing Evans and the world with your food. You certainly have blessed me🙏

This location is fantastic. The staff is very attentive and the food is fresh and delicious. Even a cold glass for my Sapporo! Fast, Fresh, Friendly service! I wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable.

Great fun place to eat. Food was awesome, fast to come out and hot. Everything was just what we expected and very large portions. My Bobo tea was delicious but I didn't get much since my daughter took possession of it. The facility was super clean and lots of welcoming decor. The staff were all very friendly, quick to help and all smiles. I highly recommend this place and next time we are in town it one of our first stop. Nice job Fusion team!

We were driving home from our vacation playing the "what do you want to eat game?" And we all agreed on Asian cuisine. This restaurant was the closest one that popped up. We do not regret our choice. The food was wonderful and our only "conplaint" is we wanted more egg in our ramen! They are that good. If we ever found our way back in this part of the world we would definitely come back.

Had a great experience at Mirin in Evans for dinner. Like the first location, Mirin offers a variety of Asian cuisine as well as “fusion” entrees which include unique takes on familiar dishes. I got the Korean bbq loaded cheese fries and it was very delicious. The fries feature tender marinated barbecue beef on top of crispy fries with various sauces and aromatics to balance out the flavors. The service was also excellent. Quick and easy checkout at the counter, and frequent table service as well. This location is also in a more convenient area as you’re in the heart of Evans and within a walking distance of other shops and local entertainment. Definitely worth a visit for any occasion.
